Vacant vs. Occupied Staging: Which Do You Need?

One of the first questions we ask is simple: is the home empty, or are you still living in it? The answer shapes everything about the plan.

Vacant staging means we bring in everything — furniture, art, lighting, textiles and accessories — to furnish and style the home from scratch. It's the best way to give an empty space warmth, scale and a clear sense of how each room is meant to be used.

Occupied staging works with what's already there. We edit and declutter, rearrange your furniture, and layer in the right accents (mixing your pieces with ours) so the home shows at its best while you continue living in it.

Not sure which fits your situation? That's exactly what a consultation is for. We'll walk the space, talk through your timeline and budget, and recommend the approach that will do the most for your sale.
